Worked on the docker-mailserver/docker-mailserver repository to update documentation in response to the deprecation of Apple’s Push Notification API used by dovecot-xaps-daemon. Focused on proactively informing users about the impact on iOS Mail Push Support by adding a clear deprecation warning and outlining the lack of current solutions, while referencing Apple’s plans to adopt an open IETF standard. The work centered on Markdown-based documentation, emphasizing clarity and alignment with industry changes. No bug fixes were reported during this period, as efforts were dedicated to maintaining accurate, up-to-date guidance for users and collaborating with maintainers to ensure effective communication.
