During November 2024, Dimitris Menemenlis focused on enhancing the documentation for the swfrac3d feature within the MITgcm-contrib/ecco_darwin repository. He updated the project’s documentation to reference an external MITgcm pull request, ensuring that users and contributors are aware of ongoing swfrac3d development. This work, centered on text-based documentation, aimed to reduce onboarding friction and clarify the current status of the feature without introducing code changes.
