During November 2024, Dmitriy Khomenko focused on stabilizing the Checkmarx/ast-cli repository’s CI pipeline by addressing issues related to code signing certificate rotation. He enhanced the CI/CD process by introducing new shell variables for certificate label and location, updating the signing command to reference these variables, and ensuring the pipeline could reliably handle certificate updates. This work, implemented using shell scripting and CI/CD best practices, reduced downtime and improved the security and maintainability of the build process. Dmitriy’s targeted fix addressed a critical bug, demonstrating depth in automating secure code signing workflows and maintaining robust continuous integration environments.
