During November 2024, Blackwave focused on stabilizing the customerio-reactnative repository by addressing a critical build issue in the React Native TurboModules integration for iOS. Using Swift and React Native, Blackwave resolved a method signature mismatch in the TurboModules Swift API by removing external parameter labels, which eliminated build-time errors and reduced the risk of overload conflicts. The work included refactoring the trackNotificationResponseReceived and trackNotificationReceived methods to a simpler, more consistent signature, improving maintainability and API clarity. This targeted bug fix enhanced CI reliability and strengthened API consistency, demonstrating depth in debugging and cross-platform iOS development with TurboModules.
