During February 2026, Shvajka contributed to the home-assistant/brands repository by developing two user-facing features focused on enhancing device integration and interface clarity. Shvajka implemented UI icons for the EVSE charger integration, improving visual feedback and usability for end users. Additionally, support for Hunter wifi devices was added, broadening the platform’s home automation capabilities. The work leveraged Python and SVG, combining IoT development expertise with graphic and UI design skills to deliver assets that align with Home Assistant’s goal of richer user experiences. All changes were commit-driven and traceable, reflecting a focused, well-scoped engineering approach within a single repository.
