Worked on the bioconda-recipes repository to deliver the dotmatch 0.1.2 release, a deterministic short-DNA assignment engine aimed at improving reproducibility and accessibility for bioinformatics workflows. Focused on updating packaging and build scripts using bash and YAML to ensure seamless compatibility across both Linux and macOS environments. Addressed cross-OS build challenges by adjusting macOS compiler pinning and aligning with upstream tooling, consolidating all changes into a single commit. The work emphasized robust package management practices, enabling users to deploy dotmatch reliably in diverse environments. No bugs were reported or fixed during this period, reflecting a targeted feature-driven development cycle.
