Worked on the esmini/esmini repository to enhance the developer experience by introducing a standardized development environment and optimizing the build process. Leveraged containerization through devcontainer.json to streamline onboarding and ensure consistency across local setups. Improved build system configuration using CMake and JSON, adding options to skip external downloads and selectively build components, which reduced build times and CI resource consumption. Addressed code quality by fixing line ending consistency, supporting better tool compatibility. These changes contributed to more predictable development and release workflows, demonstrating a focus on DevOps practices and efficient resource management within a collaborative open-source environment.
