Worked on the gsainfoteam/groups-be repository to streamline group user management and improve data integrity. Consolidated two separate user removal methods into a single, unified function within the GroupRepository, updating the GroupService to consume this new API for more maintainable and consistent logic. Addressed a bug where deleted groups were still visible by updating the ThirdPartyRepository to filter out entries with a deletedAt timestamp, ensuring accurate group visibility. The work involved targeted code cleanup, including the removal of unused dependencies. Utilized TypeScript, NestJS, and Prisma to deliver backend improvements focused on maintainability and robust database management practices.
