During July 2025, Domingus Jackson developed a custom domain configuration feature for the turingschool/curriculum-site repository, focusing on enabling CNAME-based domain mapping and providing a toggle to activate or deactivate custom domains. He implemented the creation and removal of CNAME records, allowing seamless switching between hosting and domain setups. This work improved deployment flexibility and ensured consistent branding across multiple domains. Domingus applied his expertise in DevOps, DNS configuration, and Git-based change management, collaborating with hosting and CI/CD processes. The project was completed using shell scripting and configuration management, demonstrating a focused, in-depth approach to infrastructure and deployment challenges.
