During September 2025, Pacroon enhanced the snyk/code-client-go repository by extending the ResultMetaData structure to include Project and Snapshot IDs, extracted directly from test completion results. This backend development work, implemented in Go, focused on improving traceability and organization of analysis outputs by aligning metadata with specific project and snapshot contexts. Leveraging skills in API integration and data modeling, Pacroon’s changes enable faster correlation between test results and their originating sources. The targeted metadata refactor not only addressed immediate traceability needs but also laid the groundwork for future analytics and observability improvements, reflecting a thoughtful and maintainable engineering approach.
