During November 2025, work focused on enhancing the CQCL/tket2 repository by integrating the Conan package manager into the development environment. This feature streamlined dependency management and accelerated build processes, reducing manual intervention and setup time for developers. The approach involved configuring the devenv setup to support Conan-based workflows, aligning the project with modern DevOps and packaging practices. Utilizing skills in Nix and dependency management, the integration improved build reliability and prepared the environment for scalable packaging workflows. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on delivering robust, maintainable infrastructure improvements through targeted configuration and automation.
