Worked on the sonic-net/sonic-mgmt repository to address a stability issue affecting TechSupport file generation on armhf devices. Delivered a targeted Python-based fix that increased the waiting margin in the workflow, accommodating resource constraints and preventing timeout errors on Nokia M0-7215 and Nokia-7215 platforms. The solution was validated through comprehensive test automation, including both full test suite runs and device-level verification. Collaborated with engineering, test, and release teams to ensure the fix was ready for backporting to earlier release branches, thereby improving reliability and reducing rework for techsupport generation on resource-limited hardware using Python and network management skills.
