Doyun Shin enhanced the CI/CD pipeline for the sparcs-kaist/clubs repository, focusing on aligning deployment workflows with updated branding and production standards. Using GitHub Actions and YAML, Doyun restructured workflow naming conventions, standardized image repository prefixes, and transitioned deployment streams from demo to production, ensuring releases were production-ready and traceable. The work improved reliability and maintainability by reducing deployment errors and clarifying build-release relationships. Doyun also updated documentation and onboarding materials to reflect these changes, streamlining future adjustments. While the scope was limited to a single feature over one month, the updates addressed core deployment processes with careful attention to detail.
