Utilized Markdown for documentation and applied user experience design principles to improve clarity and consistency. The updates aimed to streamline onboarding for enterprise customers and reduce support friction, leveraging CRM knowledge and meeting scheduling expertise to ensure the documentation accurately reflected the evolving product scope.
