Worked on a platform upgrade and security-focused refactor for the GovAlta/adsp-monorepo, delivering improvements in stability, maintainability, and security. Upgraded the adsp-service-spring-sdk to Spring Boot 3.4.2 and Java 17, ensuring alignment with current platform standards. Updated CI/CD pipelines to support Java 17, streamlining build and deployment processes. Refactored the AccessJwtGrantedAuthoritiesConverter to use safer Java types for JWT claims, enhancing type safety and maintainability in authorization handling. The work consolidated technical debt across the repository, laying a foundation for future feature delivery. Utilized Java, YAML, and Spring Boot throughout the upgrade and refactoring process.
