Delivered Uni07eta Deployment Stage Separation with Adoption Config, decoupling the network stage from the control plane stage to enable independent lifecycles and staged rollouts. Reorganized YAMLs and updated kustomization to reflect the separation. Introduced uni07eta-adoption.yaml to centrally manage adoption config across stages, improving maintainability and deployment automation. Prepared the groundwork for extended adoption workflows in upcoming sprints.
