Developed a security-focused enhancement for the awslabs/amazon-bedrock-agentcore-samples repository by creating a comprehensive Okta Authentication Code Flow Tutorial tailored for MCP clients. This work provided an end-to-end guide for implementing OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code flow through the AgentCore Gateway, addressing authentication and security requirements for client onboarding. Leveraging expertise in AWS, OAuth, and Okta integration, the developer utilized Python to deliver a practical solution that improves both security posture and developer experience. The contribution also included updating project documentation to reflect new contributors, demonstrating attention to collaborative development practices and thoroughness in maintaining open-source project standards.
