Arthur Duarte enhanced numeric input precision in the glpi-project/glpi repository by implementing a decimal option for number input fields. Using HTML and Twig, he extended the number input macro to support configurable decimal places, allowing users to enter more precise numerical data in forms. This feature improved both data quality and user experience by formatting numbers according to specified decimal places and reducing entry errors through input validation. The work was delivered as a focused, single-commit change, reflecting a targeted contribution.
