Developed and delivered the Hamming Monitoring Plugin for the livekit/agents repository, enabling post-call monitoring and supporting multiple recording modes to enhance agent interaction visibility and quality control. The work involved designing a plugin package that integrates seamlessly with the existing plugin architecture, emphasizing extensibility for future analytics and compliance features. Leveraging Python for backend development, the implementation utilized asynchronous programming and API integration to ensure robust monitoring capabilities. Documentation scaffolding was established to support ongoing monitoring, analytics, and QA workflows, laying a foundation for future enhancements. No bugs were addressed during this period, with focus placed on feature delivery and architecture.
