During December 2024, Dvaseeka developed a targeted migration rule for the Azure/appcat-konveyor-rulesets repository, addressing the transition from enum to class in the Spring Framework 6.0 HttpMethod API. By leveraging Java and YAML within the Konveyor rulesets DSL, Dvaseeka implemented automated guidance that streamlines migration tasks and reduces manual intervention for developers updating to Spring 6.0. The work demonstrated strong code analysis skills and an understanding of AST-like migration reasoning, resulting in improved consistency and readiness across migration rulesets. Although the contribution focused on a single feature, it provided depth and technical clarity for Spring migration scenarios.
