This work also included dependency alignment updates by bumping openTelemetry semantic conventions to >=0.63b1 and migrating cache token attributes to the otel semconv package. Added end-to-end test coverage for the new instrumentation. Fixed a decorator naming regression where the @agent decorator could overwrite the enclosing @workflow name in child spans, with regression tests to prevent recurrence.
