Introduced explicit 'Use when' and 'NOT for' conditions to skill descriptions, refining how the system determines appropriate skill invocation. Incorporated OpenAI’s skill shell pattern to convert descriptive text into actionable routing logic, which led to a measurable decrease in misfires and restored system stability. The work enabled safer, broader rollouts and laid groundwork for future scaling of automated skills.
