Worked on expanding platform compatibility for the NVIDIA/gpu-operator by implementing support for SUSE SLE-Micro. This involved developing new volume configurations and enabling access to subscription credentials and SUSEConnect files, allowing the GPU operator to deploy and manage GPU workloads on SUSE SLE-Micro environments. The work was carried out using Go and leveraged Kubernetes for orchestration, with a focus on system administration tasks to ensure seamless integration. By broadening deployment options, this contribution reduced barriers for customers running GPU workloads on SUSE SLE-Micro, enhancing flexibility and usability within the NVIDIA/gpu-operator repository. No major bugs were addressed during this period.
