During June 2025, Eric Baron developed deployment manifests and RBAC configurations for the Cryostat Operator in the mongodb-forks/community-operators repository. He focused on defining Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs), ClusterRoles, ConfigMaps, and Services using YAML, leveraging Kubernetes and the Operator SDK to establish secure and automated operator lifecycles. His work provided foundational configuration and permissions, enabling streamlined and scalable operator deployment while reducing manual setup time. Although no bugs were addressed during this period, Eric prioritized stability and automation, updating documentation to improve traceability and onboarding. The depth of his contributions established a robust baseline for future operator enhancements.
