Worked on stabilizing Azure notification integration within the crowdsecurity/crowdsec repository by addressing a critical bug in the Notification Sentinel component. Focused on backend development using Go, the work involved correcting the handling of the x-ms-date header to ensure it is consistently lower-cased, thereby preserving the integrity of HMAC authentication. This targeted change prevents incorrect header canonicalization, which previously led to authorization failures with Azure services. By improving the reliability of API integration and securing notification processing, the update reduced the risk of delivery outages. The solution was delivered through precise code modification and thorough verification to enhance service stability.
