Worked on licensing compliance improvements across three repositories—tobymao/sqlglot, onnx/onnx, and huggingface/xet-core—by standardizing SPDX license identifiers within each project’s pyproject.toml file. This approach ensured that automated license checking tools, such as pip-licenses, could reliably detect and audit license metadata, streamlining compliance and packaging workflows. Leveraged skills in build system configuration and license management, focusing on TOML for metadata updates. The work unified license metadata across all projects, enabling smoother audits and improved governance hygiene. No bugs were addressed during this period, with all efforts dedicated to feature development and cross-repository standardization of licensing practices.
