Worked on stabilizing the build process for the duckdb-httpfs repository, focusing on improving reliability and maintainability of the HTTPFS extension. Addressed a critical issue by correcting the linking order of static OpenSSL and Curl dependencies within the CMake configuration, which resolved build-time and runtime failures. This technical approach ensured that the extension could be built and deployed consistently across platforms, reducing the risk of regressions. Utilized expertise in build systems, CMake, and dependency management to validate and update the build configuration, ultimately enabling smoother deployments and more robust production usage for the HTTPFS integration in DuckDB environments.
