Delivered a comprehensive update by creating a new appshield-scanner.md file, clarifying prerequisites, and expanding FAQs to address common integration questions. Collaborated across teams to update navigation and tagging in Markdown and YAML, making the documentation more discoverable and user-friendly. The work aimed to reduce support queries and accelerate customer integration, emphasizing technical writing and documentation skills rather than code-level changes, and resulted in a merged pull request reflecting these improvements.
