Worked on the equinor/fusion-react-components repository to enhance the security and reliability of the release pipeline. Focused on migrating the publishing process to OIDC-based authentication, eliminating the need for npm token publishing and thereby reducing token exposure risks. Improved workflow permissions and aligned Node.js versions to ensure consistent and stable releases. Leveraged skills in CI/CD, DevOps, and GitHub Actions, with YAML as the primary configuration language. These updates strengthened the security posture of the release process and enabled safer, faster deployments, while also making troubleshooting more straightforward through clearer workflow ownership and improved version management across the pipeline.
