Worked on the winfunc/opcode repository to deliver a web server mode for Claude Code, enabling mobile browser access with real-time WebSocket streaming and REST API support. Used Rust and TypeScript to implement cross-platform session management, dual-mode event handling, and robust build workflows, supporting both Tauri desktop and web environments. Enhanced project stability by addressing TypeScript compilation errors, pinning Rust dependencies for edition2024 compatibility, and hardening WebSocket security. Added new API endpoints for installation management and debugging, and completed a project-wide rename to Opcode. The work improved platform reliability, developer productivity, and established a foundation for remote development workflows.

July 2025: Delivered the web server mode for Claude Code, enabling mobile browser access with feature parity to the desktop app. Implemented Axum-based WebSocket streaming for real-time Claude output and a REST API to cover core functionality. Introduced cross-platform session management and dual-mode event handling to support both Tauri desktop and web modes, with automatic WebSocket failover. Built a robust build/run workflow ("just web"), binary-first detection, and enhanced observability through debugging and tracing. This work expands reach, improves developer productivity, and establishes a solid foundation for remote development workflows.
