During July 2025, Eoin O’Neil focused on stabilizing Ardia import testing for the ProteoWizard/pwiz repository by updating integration and unit tests to reflect a new server URL and current data structures. He addressed environment drift by aligning test fixtures with production-like conditions, specifically incorporating updated BSA_min_21 and caffeicquinic acid MSMS datasets. Using C# and leveraging skills in API integration and integration testing, Eoin improved test reliability and accelerated validation cycles for Ardia imports. His work demonstrated careful version control and targeted test updates, resulting in a more maintainable and accurate test suite that supports ongoing development and deployment needs.
