
During a two-month period, Electimore developed foundational IoT features for the team-implant/imPlant repository, focusing on sensor integration and device communication. They implemented drivers for buttons, display, light, PIR motion, and WiFi modules, and established initial temperature and humidity sensing with test infrastructure in C. Electimore expanded the device’s capabilities with distance and water level measurement using HC-SR04 sensors, and enabled secure two-way configuration via TCP and UART. Their work included optimizing the build process with ARM64 Dockerfiles, setting up multi-architecture CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, and reorganizing repository structure to improve maintainability and support scalable backend deployment.

In May 2025, delivered core IoT capabilities and supporting infrastructure to improve device visibility, configurability, and deployment reliability. The work focused on expanding sensing capabilities, enabling secure remote configuration, and laying groundwork for scalable backend deployment, while also improving project maintainability and onboarding.
