During November 2025, Elliott Miller enhanced the JCQuintas/mui-x repository by implementing a feature that prevents users from pasting data into non-editable cells within the DataGridPremium component. Using React and leveraging both JavaScript and TypeScript, Elliott introduced paste guard logic that checks cell editability before allowing paste actions.
