Worked on the 0xPARC/pod2 repository to deliver enhancements for container update desugaring, focusing on improving the correctness and robustness of container modification handling. Implemented new cases within the desugar function to better support a wider range of container update operations, and updated the Point struct to be hashable, enabling more reliable tracking of container state changes. This backend development effort, using Rust and systems programming techniques, laid the groundwork for future container operation features by ensuring that the system can accurately process and manage complex container updates, ultimately contributing to a more maintainable and extensible codebase.
