Emmanuel Maravilha developed and delivered a structured INSEE data file generation feature for the proconnect-gouv/federation repository, enabling automated and reliable data provisioning for the EIDAS bridge. He implemented new and updated CSV files using TypeScript and Node.js, focusing on data engineering and formatting to improve consistency and accessibility for cross-border data exchange. Emmanuel also centralized filtering logic in the RnippService and updated the frontend with JavaScript, ensuring RNIIPP search results displayed only current, relevant data. His work addressed data quality and interoperability challenges, reducing downstream cleansing and enhancing user trust in the federation’s data-driven workflows and search outcomes.
