Worked on the umbraco/Umbraco-CMS repository to enhance localization in the Backoffice, focusing on improving the Norwegian editor experience. Delivered a targeted feature that expanded and refined Norwegian translations for actions, buttons, content terms, and prompts, directly addressing language-related friction for users. Utilized TypeScript and front-end development skills to ensure maintainable, well-documented updates that align with broader internationalization goals. The approach emphasized concise, traceable commits linked to specific issues, supporting future scalability. This work laid the groundwork for smoother day-to-day workflows for Norwegian-speaking editors and demonstrated a methodical approach to localization and user experience improvements within the platform.
