Worked on the espressif/opencv repository to deliver an upgrade of the Intel IPP integration to version 2022.0.0 for both Linux and Windows platforms. This involved updating build configurations using CMake, removing support for 32-bit binaries, and ensuring compatibility with the new IPP release. To maintain output quality, certain 8-bit normalization functions in the C++ codebase were conditionally disabled due to accuracy differences introduced by the upgrade. The work focused on build systems, C++ development, and third-party integrations, resulting in a targeted feature addition that improved library support while preserving the reliability and consistency of image processing results.
