Worked on stabilizing the test infrastructure for the bazelbuild/rules_apple repository, focusing on improving the reliability of test targets by addressing label and path handling within Bazel macros. Using Starlark and build systems expertise, resolved a bug in the archive_contents_test macro by ensuring script paths are interpreted as labels, which enhanced the robustness and determinism of test target definitions. This fix contributed to reducing CI flakiness and accelerating feedback loops for developers working with Apple rule sets. The work demonstrated a strong grasp of Bazel’s macro system and label-based path resolution, supporting higher code quality and maintainability in the project.
