Erletaee developed a centralized reference file, annexe.json, for the DS2E2025CP/bot_discord repository, establishing a structured approach to documenting project information, members, files, and contributors. By leveraging JSON for data organization and focusing on documentation best practices, Erletaee standardized project metadata to streamline onboarding and clarify contributor roles. The implementation emphasized repository hygiene and version control, ensuring maintainability and scalability for future updates. Although the work was limited to a single feature over one month, it laid a foundation for consistent reference data and contributor verification, demonstrating proficiency in JSON design and disciplined documentation within a collaborative development environment.
