Worked on the worldcoin/iris-mpc repository to enhance CI/CD workflow reliability and resource management by implementing a CI/CD Runner Group Configuration for GitHub Actions. This update enabled targeted runner allocation, reducing job contention and improving the efficiency of build and test pipelines. The approach focused on infrastructure governance and traceability, linking changes to Infra tickets for clear auditability. YAML was used extensively to define workflow specifications, while DevOps and CI/CD best practices guided the configuration process. The work resulted in faster, more predictable CI pipelines and improved scalability of runner resources, with maintenance efforts centered on workflow stability and cost governance.
