Espen Hafnor Wiborg developed an enhanced proxy response forwarding feature for the navikt/sokos-utbetalingsportalen repository, focusing on backend development and API gateway proxying using TypeScript. The solution forwards not only the response body but also status text and headers from backend services, applying this logic to both successful and error responses. This approach preserves critical HTTP metadata, improving observability and enabling faster root-cause analysis without requiring changes to client code.
