Developed a Docker Compose-based local development environment for the Document Engine in the PSPDFKit/awesome-nutrient repository, focusing on enabling end-to-end testing of large document uploads. The solution integrated PostgreSQL, MinIO, and Caddy to provide a comprehensive local stack, streamlining development, quality assurance, and onboarding processes. Leveraging skills in backend development and DevOps, the work involved configuring containerized services using Docker, Bash, and YAML to replicate production-like scenarios locally. This setup allowed developers to efficiently test and process large documents within a controlled environment, improving the reliability and speed of local development and facilitating smoother team collaboration and onboarding.
