Developed an S3 integration capability for the IndicoDataSolutions/tf_cod repository, focusing on enhancing the insights-edge configuration to support streamlined data ingestion from S3 sources. The work involved defining foundational S3 settings such as bucket name, endpoint, and region using Infrastructure as Code principles and Terraform, with configuration expressed in HCL. This update reduced manual setup steps for onboarding new S3-based data sources, improving the reliability and efficiency of data pipelines. The implementation followed a Git-based collaboration workflow, aligning with project requirements and pull request processes, and demonstrated practical skills in AWS S3 configuration and infrastructure management within a cloud environment.
