Introduced a CODEOWNERS file to formalize code ownership, streamlining the pull request review process and clarifying responsibilities for the account-interventions-service repository. Focused on DevOps practices and build configuration using YAML to establish a governance baseline that supports onboarding and quality control. Later, re-enabled OpenTelemetry observability in the authentication-api by updating Gradle build scripts and environment variables, ensuring consistent tracing across modules. These changes improved deployment reliability and incident response, leveraging skills in Gradle, YAML, and observability tooling to address process and monitoring gaps.
