Worked on stabilizing the LXH Attack Chopper Emulator within the OpenRakis/Spice86 repository by addressing memory alignment issues related to DOS system variables. Focused on refining how DOS-era variables are accessed and stored, the work involved adjusting the DosSysVars layout to ensure fields with negative indices accessed via INT 21h, function 52h remained within the same memory block. This fix reduced the risk of memory overwrites and improved emulator reliability when handling legacy DOS system calls. Utilized C# and system programming skills to implement and document the solution, contributing to more robust memory management in emulator development workflows.
