
Developed new API capabilities for the iqm-finland/iqm-client repository, focusing on enhancing data access for quantum computing calibration and quality control workflows. Built and integrated Python-based API endpoints and client methods to retrieve calibration data and quality metrics, enabling faster validation of quantum experiments and supporting automated quality checks. Applied backend development and API design skills to expand the client library’s data retrieval patterns, improving visibility into calibration quality. The work established a stronger API surface for quantum operations, facilitating data-driven calibration processes and supporting collaborative, commit-driven workflows throughout the development cycle. No bug fixes were recorded during this period.

Implemented API endpoint advances and client-side methods to fetch calibration data and quality assessments for quantum computing operations. The change set includes Retrieval Functions for Quality Metrics & Calibration Sets (#172). Impact: improved visibility into calibration quality, faster validation of quantum experiments, and a foundation for automated QC checks.
