Worked on the sst/opencode repository to enhance terminal user interface usability by increasing the default scroll speed from 1 to 3, enabling faster navigation for users. The approach involved both user experience design and thorough documentation updates, ensuring that the behavior of scroll_speed, especially when scroll_acceleration is enabled, was clearly explained. All changes were tracked with disciplined commit hygiene and issue tracing, reflecting a focus on end-to-end change management. Markdown was used for documentation, and the work emphasized clarity and reduced ambiguity in configuration, ultimately supporting smoother onboarding and more efficient support for users interacting with the TUI.
