December 2024 monthly summary. Focused on enabling robust native-app testing workflows, delivering user-facing UI improvements, and accelerating feedback loops through CI and PR preview deployments. October 2024 was focused on hardening continuous integration and deployment for the native app by delivering an environment-aware Firebase and Google Services configuration pipeline. This work introduces dynamic cloud environment selection (ehp vs prod), environment-specific Firebase secrets naming conventions, and automatic selection and fetch of the correct Firebase service config files for each deployment target. Android and iOS workflows were aligned with staging secrets where appropriate to ensure parity across environments. By integrating these changes, deployments become more reliable, secure, and faster to promote across environments.
