Worked on the Unimake/DFe repository to enhance backend reliability by addressing a critical bug in XML response handling for the PORTAL_FACIL integration. Focused on aligning the system with ABRASF 2.02 compliance, the work introduced a custom exception and pre-parse validation to detect empty or invalid XML before parsing in the ExecutarServico method. This approach improved error diagnosis and reduced debugging time by providing clearer exception messages and better traceability. Leveraged C# for backend development, with an emphasis on robust API integration, exception handling, and XML processing to minimize provider-specific errors and streamline incident resolution for server responses.
