During October 2025, Failthen standardized deployment configuration naming and improved consistency across the spryker-shop/b2b-demo-shop, b2b-demo-marketplace, b2c-demo-marketplace, and b2c-demo-shop repositories. By refactoring YAML-based deployment maps and aligning application identifiers, Failthen reduced misconfiguration risk and clarified environment variable loading. The work focused on configuration management and DevOps practices, delivering two features and resolving two bugs to ensure smoother multi-repo automation and faster, more reliable releases. These changes, aligned with FRW-10868, enabled cleaner deployment processes and reduced deployment errors, demonstrating depth in cross-repo change management and deployment automation within a complex, multi-environment Spryker Shop ecosystem.
